Ever wondered what your skin looks like on a deeper level? While some skin conditions are visible in everyday light, some are only visible under UV light which highlights sub-surface skin damage.
During your skin consultation, the Skinscope LED will enable us to assess your skin through the use of two light modes: a simulated daylight mode for reviewing visible concerns, and a LED-UV light mode for identifying underlying damage.
This in depth look into the skin allows us to give a bespoke and tailored skin care package and the best home care regime.
We ask that you arrive at our clinic with a clean, make-up free face so we can provide an accurate analysis. Once you’re sat and comfortable, we’ll have you place your head inside the machine; you might feel a bit silly doing this, but it’s definitely all part of the fun. We then snap a photo in both diagnostic modes, which will help us track the progress of your bespoke treatments and skincare over time. It’s always great to have these ‘before’ photographs so that when you get hold of your ‘after’ photo, you can really see the difference our treatments can make on both a surface and cellular level.
